Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Room reservation cancellations may be completed on-line via www.cruise3sixty.com, otherwise, all cancellations must be received in writing by the cruise3sixty Housing Bureau and will be issued a cancellation date and number. Cancellations made after March 23, 2012, will result in a $100.00 non-refundable penalty. Additionally, cancellations made within 31 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of your hotel stay. No-shows (failure to check in without prior message or cancellation sent to the cruise3sixty Housing Bureau) will be responsible and charged for the full-stay committed.
