PREMIUM SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

 

Gold cruise3sixty Sponsorship Package: $70,000 USD

  • Exclusive sponsorship of one (1) event to be mutually agreed upon by sponsor and CLIA.

Please note the following regarding the sponsorship of Product or Destination Workshops:

 

  • Mandatory trade show participation is required in order to sponsor workshop/s. Workshops may be purchased on an equal basis with trade show booths. i.e.: one trade show booth purchased = ability to purchase of one workshop, two trade show booths purchased = ability to purchase two workshops, etc., subject to a maximum purchase of four workshops.
  • Limited availability of workshops.
  • Trade show participation is not included in the fees noted above.
  • Workshops will have seating for approximately 100 attendees. Actual attendance is not guaranteed and will vary. There will be multiple workshops including destination or product and tech center operating concurrently.
  • Workshop/seminar content must be approved by CLIA. Information must be educational, commercial messages are not applicable.

 

1 Sponsor content, messages, promotions and offers:  requires applicability to overall CLIA travel agency membership base and must not be perceived as competitive or an employee recruitment to CLIA member agencies.  Submit to CLIA review and approval.
2  Insert:  A single 8 ½” x 11” insert may be included in the travel agent attendee bags.  Subject to CLIA review and approval. 
3  Final Attendee Lists:  will include travel agent name, company and mailing address. Email and fax will not be provided.
4 Trade show participation is not included in the fees noted above.  Mandatory trade show participation is required in order to be a Contributing Sponsor. This option is only available to exhibitors.

10 Hospitality suites: Rates are calculated based on the space requested and the duration.  Hours of operation must be approved by cruise3sixty .
