Earn up to 140 CLIA Certified Cruise Counsellor Credits at cruise3sixty 2013 in Vancouver!

The CLIA Institute Track is a defined track of educational and conference programming at the CLIA cruise3sixty conference. Travel agents actively enrolled in CLIA's Cruise Counsellor Certification program can earn valuable Certification credits to "Fast-Track" their designation as either an Accredited (ACC) or Master (MCC) Cruise Counsellor.

CLIA is presenting 15 training seminars at cruise3sixty 2013 including;

• One day (Saturday, 6/22) presenting 3 different 90 minutes seminars to choose from.
  • Individual travel agent attendees can register for up to 1 of these 90 minute seminars.
  • 90 Minute CLIA seminars can earn you 10 CLIA Cruise Counsellor Certification Credits per seminar.
     
• Three days (Wednesday, 6/19, Thursday, 6/20 and Sunday, 6/23) presenting 12 different 3-hour seminars to choose from.
  • Individual travel agent attendees can register for up to 4 of these 3-hour seminars.
  • 3-hour CLIA seminars can earn you 15 CLIA Cruise Counsellor Certification Credits per seminar

In order to earn the Institute Track Certification Credits, agents must register for the Institute Track in advance via the cruise3sixty web site at     www.cruise3sixty.com Institute Track registration is limited to those agents who are presently enrolled, considered "active" and working towards ACC or MCC Certification and CLIA reserves the right to limit the number of agents enrolling in the Institute Track to manage room size and to ensure that the CLIA educational experience maintains our high standards. Institute Track Requirements

• Required - Completing two (2), three hour CLIA Seminars - 30 Credits
• Required - Attendance at the cruise3sixty conference - 20 Credits
• Required - Attend both days of the cruise3sixty Trade Show
• Required - Completion of Institute Track of Programming.  Attend your choice of the following educational sessions at cruise3sixty. You may choose ANY combination. A total of three (3) is required. - 50 Credits
  • Hands-on learning event at the American Express Technology Center
  • Cruise Line Booking Demo(s)
  • Product and Destination Workshop(s)
  • Cruise Line Product Update(s)
• Optional/Additional CLIA Seminar Credits - 15 credits - One (1) Additional 3-hour
• Optional/Additional CLIA Seminar Credits - 20 credits - Two (2) Additional 90-minute

Base Certification credits on required activities = 100 Credits

1. 2 Required CLIA 3 hour seminars = 30
2. C3s conference = 20
3. IT track completion = 50
4. Total = 100

Potential credits available with additional CLIA seminars = 140

1. Optional 3-hour CLIA seminars = 30 (2 seminars)
2. Optional 90-minute seminars = 10 (1 seminar)
3. Potential additional credits = 40
4. Total Potential CLIA Cruise Counsellor Certification credits available = 140

Institute Track registration is limited to those agents who are presently enrolled (with an active CID#) and working towards ACC or MCC Certification. CLIA reserves the right to limit the number of agents enrolling in the Institute Track to manage room size and to ensure that the CLIA educational experience maintains our high standards.
